Vaccination against COVID-19 is safe and effective and we encourage all of our eligible patients and their families to get vaccinated. Mosaic Family Health now has COVID-19 vaccines available for
patients age 12 and up. These vaccinations will be done when patients are
already scheduled for an office visit. Please let our Scheduler know that you are interested in a
COVID-19 vaccination when you schedule your appointment. Otherwise, COVID-19 vaccines are also
available along with influenza, shingles, pneumonia, tetanus and a vast array
of other vaccines at your local pharmacy.
